Consultation

A complimentary consultation is a great opportunity for you to share a bit of information about what you are struggling with or hoping to work on in therapy, to ask any questions that you might have about therapy, the process, and about a psychologist. It can be a great initial step to determine if therapy and a specific psychologist it is a good fit for you.

Individual Therapy

An individual therapy session is an opportunity to work one on one with your psychologist to discuss your goals and any challenges you are facing and to create treatment plan to move forward. In individual therapy, you can learn useful strategies and skills to better manage and cope with your mental health and promote your well-being.

Couples/Marital Therapy

A couples therapy session is an opportunity to meet as a couple with a psychologist to address any concerns or struggles in your relationship. Within the context of a safe space, you will be given the opportunity to delve into your struggles, learn strategies and skills to better manage conflict, navigate differences, and communicate and connect better with each other.

$240 / 60 minute session

Assessments

A psychological assessment is tailored to help you better understand yourself, your personality, what you might be struggling with and to also provide you with specific evidence-based treatment recommendations that can support your mental health and improved well-being.

The cost of the assessments can vary depending on the needs of the client.
